(Coaches / Scorekeepers / Club Owners / Team Assistants / etc.)

• DOWNLOAD EyesON Sports from the App Store (iPhone/iPad)

• Create Account​​

• Create Team

  • Add Scorekeepers/Assistants emails to auto-invite them. They can score games and manage the team you created.​

• Build Your Roster

  • Add Parents emails to each Player to auto-send invite to download app and connect to your team (iPhone or iPad)

• (Optional) Create Default lineup(s)

• Schedule Games​

  • Parents with the app will get email notifications of the games

• FOR CLUBS WITH MULTIPLE TEAMS REPEAT PROCESS FOR EACH TEAM​

SCORING GAMES: Coaches / Scorekeepers

​

• IMPORTANT - Scoring Games is in both iPad & iPhone

• IMPORTANT - Make sure you have WiFi at the field or data plan on the iPad

• Add Assistant Coaches/Scorekeepers from the Team tab to enable them to score the game for you on your team account.

• From the Schedule choose the game and select "Score Game"

• Setup both team’s lineups 

• START SCORING

PARENTS ACCESS GAMES

• Download the EyesON Sports app from the App Store

• Make sure your Coach added you to the team 

  • Parents are added from the Roster of each player ​

• Navigate to the game in the Schedule

• Select the "Watch Game" button

• As your Coach/Scorekeeper is scoring the game you get to watch live in 3D Animation
